1)Can I exchange my shirt?
We do offer exchanges within 3 weeks after ordering in the case that a shirt does not fit. You pay to ship it back to us, and we'll pay to ship the exchange back to you. We will also do exchanges if there is a problem with the print on the shirt or the shirt is damaged upon opening. In this case we will credit you back the cost you paid to ship it back to us when we receive it, and then we'll send you out a replacement.

2)How long will my order take to ship?
"Depending on the availability, your location, and our printers workload, it normally takes anywhere from 3-10 days. Occasionally we do have shirts that become so popular it can take longer in certain circumstances. We try and get them to you as fast as possible."
3)My credit card statement shows my credit card was charged twice?
"When you make an order online, you do a pre-authorization on your credit card. This transaction shows up on your credit card statement right away as a pending charge. When we go in and authorize the charge, it shows up again on your statement. Occasionally credit card statements will be delayed in removing the pending charge and it appears to you that your card was charged twice. Give it a day or two and you'll see the pending charge removed. If it is still showing up twice after a few days, contact us and we'll contact the credit card company."
